Abstract
In this paper we analyze basic characteristics of regional approach and types of the regional differentiation of territory. The regional approach always has the same aim to replace the limited and discontinuous conception of the Earth’s surface with an overall view, that of the observer who seen things from above. Regional approach transcends the direct and simple perception of the Earth’s surface and replaces it with a constructed view. That is the reason why we show models of region and kinds of their regional differentiation.
