AB  - The term 'environmental refugees' include migrants forced to leave their place of residence, temporarily or permanently, as a result of environmental degradation. In order to create an appropriate framework for environmental refugees, typology must be first determined. It would comprise different conditions, as well as a combination of interactive and cumulative effects which make many areas on the planet being unproductive and unsuitable for life. This paper will give an overview of the attempts and problems related to finding an appropriate definition of environmental refugee. These challenges, which the international community needed to address, could finally lead to the recognition of environmental refugees in the legal system.
AB  - Pod pojmom 'ekološke izbeglice' se podrazumevaju lica prisiljena da napuste mesto boravka, privremeno ili trajno, usled promena nastalih u životnoj sredini. Da bi se stvorio odgovarajući okvir za ljude koji bi pripadali grupi ekoloških izbeglica, mora se prvo odrediti tipologija koja bi ne samo pod svoje okrilje stavila različite uslove, nego i kombinaciju interaktivnih i kumulativnih efekata koji čine mnoge oblasti na planeti neproduktivnim i nepogodnim za život. U ovom radu biće dat osvrt na pokušaje i probleme sa kojima se susreće međunarodna zajednica u smislu pronalaženja adekvatne definicije koja bi finalno mogla da vodi ka prepoznavanju ekoloških izbeglica u pravnom smislu.

Утицај еколошког погледа на свет на проеколошко понашање код ученика основних и средњих школа

AB  - Циљ истраживања је био да се утврди да ли и у којој мери проеколошко понашање ученика који похађају основну школу и гимназију зависи од њиховог еколошког погледа на свет. Притом, желели смо да утврдимо да ли код ученика, који похађају основну школу и гимназију, постоји међусобна разлика у погледу еколошких ставова и про-еколошког понашања. Пригодан узорак је обухватио 50 ученика осмог разреда основне школе и 50 ученика трећег разреда гимназије. У истраживању су коришћене ревидиране NEP, EWB и GEB скала. Пирсонов коефицијент корелације је показао да не постоји статистички значајна линеарна веза између еколошког погледа на свет и еколошког понашања код ученика. Разлоге треба тражити у чињеници да осим еколошких ставова постоји велики број других социо-психолошких предиктора проеколошког понашања. Шире посматрано, разлоге треба тражити и у структури курикулума, обучености наставника, као и у самој организацији наставних и вананставних активности ученика у домену еколошког образовања. Добијени резултати, такође,  указују да се ученици који похађају основну школу и гимназију значајно не разликују у погледу еколошких ставова, као и да ученици који похађају основну школу имају развијеније про-еколошке навике од ученика који похађају гимназију. Добијени резултати би требало да укажу на будуће правце промена које треба предузети у оквиру формалног образовања ради унапређивања еколошке свести и про-еколошког понашања код ученика.

Integrisani geograski pristup proučavanja erozije zemljišta

AB  - Kao globalni fenomen erozija zemljišta predstavlja važan faktor kauzalnih veza između prirodne sredine s jedne strane, i demografskih, ekonomskih i ekoloških aspekata razvoja određenog prostora sa druge strane. Osnovni karakter procesa erozije zemljišta je isti, ali intenzitet procesa je različit i zavisi od karakteristika navedenih faktora koji na datom prostoru deluju. Shodno tome, nameće se potreba proučavanja interaktivnog i multikolinearnog delovanja prirodne sredine i ljudske aktivnosti na isti. Geografska proučavanja ove problematike predstavljaju polaznu osnovu konkretizacije kauzalnih odnosa sredine u kojoj procesi erozije u većoj ili manjoj meri deluju. Na taj način geografski pristup definiše determinaciju uzroka stanja, ali i potencijalnih posledica, koje proces erozije zemljišta, izazvan prirodnim i antropogenim faktorima, inplicira na stanje i kvalitet životne sredine. Geografski pristup predstavljen je kroz četiri osnovna polazišta, a to su: kvantifikacija intenziteta mehaničke i hemijske vodne erozije; prostorno-vremenska distribucija intenziteta erozije; utvrđivanje trenda promene intenziteta erozivnog procesa; determinacija dominantnih geografskih faktora koji utiču na intenzitet erozije zemljišta.

AB  - Geography is one of the oldest academic disciplines with a strong holistic approach in conceptualizing the interaction between nature and society, i.e. animate and inanimate parts of the environment. Over time, geography has been increasing and improving its conceptual and terminological abilities for studying and understanding complex relationships among environmental systems. For this reason, geography has advanced from a well-known science about nature and society into a relevant science about the environment. The increased awareness about ecological crises creates conditions in which knowledge, theory, and practice of environmental geography have a perspective to grow and develop. Besides, society has been interested in environmental problems today more than ever before, and these problems, in many countries, have been ranked to be existentially and developmentally the most important. This perception of environmental problems contributes to the need for growth of scientific and practical interest for the state of surrounding and for further scientific and social affirmation of environmental geography.
AB  - Geografija je jedna od najstarijih nauka sa izraženim holističkim pristupom u konceptualizaciji interakcije prirode i društva, živog i neživog u životnoj sredini. Vremenom ona sadržinski i pojmovno, uvećava i usavršava sposobnost istraživanja i tumačenja složenih relacija u sistemima životne sredine. Tako je geografija od prepoznatljive nauke o prirodi i društvu postala i relevantna nauka o životnoj sredini. Porast svesti o ekološkoj krizi stvara uslove u kojima nauka, teorija i praksa geografije životne sredine ima perspektivu rasta i razvoja. Uostalom, društvo nikad nije bilo toliko zainteresovano za pitanja životne sredine kao što je to slučaj danas, a u mnogim zemljama se ovi problemi rangiraju kao egzistencijalno i razvojno najznačajniji. Ovakva percepcija problema životne sredine doprinosi potrebi rasta naučnog i praktičnog interesovanja za stanje okruženja, ali i dalju naučnu i društvenu afirmaciju geografije životne sredine.

AB  - This work presents the main characteristics and trends of agricultural influence on the environment, as one of the most important real interaction systems between society and nature. Functionally the most important mechanisms of agricultural influence on the environment were explained on the basis of the facts. Agriculture is in the focus because it is the oldest and the most permanent, and for the increasing population existence it is the most significant field of material production. Since it appeared for the first time until today, with respect to the appearance of other numerous industries, it has remained territorially most present and cumulatively the most significant agent of human society influence on transformation and degradation of the environment. 'The Hunger' for food, raw materials, agricultural areas is the most persistent companion of increasing human population and the factor of further complexity of agriculture-environment system. The full understanding of this system is essential to human society, because agriculture gave the society the conditions for demographic growth, cultural progress, safety but also provided it with potentially efficient means for environmental system destruction increase and its own existential jeopardy.
AB  - Rad ukazuje na glavne karakteristike i trendove uticaja poljoprivrede na životnu sredinu, kao jednog od najznačajnijih realnih sistema interakcije društva i prirode. Na temelju činjenica razjašnjeni su funkcionalno najznačajniji mehanizmi uticaja poljoprivrede na životnu sredinu. Poljoprivreda je u fokusu zbog činjenica da je najstarija i najtrajnija, a za egzistenciju rastuće ljudske populacije i najznačajnija oblast materijalne proizvodnje. Od pojave do današnjih dana ona je, i pored pojave mnogobrojnih drugih delatnosti, ostala teritorijalno najprisutniji i kumulativno najznačajniji agens delovanja društva na transformaciju i degradaciju životne sredine. 'Glad' za hranom, sirovinama i poljoprivrednim površinama je najuporniji pratilac rastuće ljudske populacije i faktor daljeg usložnjavanja sistema poljoprivreda - životna sredina. Celovito razumevanje ovog sistema je neophodno ljudskom društvu, jer je ono poljoprivredom steklo uslove za demografski rast, kulturni progres i sigurnost ali i potencijalno efikasno sredstvo za uvećanje destrukcije sistema životne sredine i sopstvenu egzistencijalnu ugroženost.

AB  - Border mountain area of eastern Serbia has a distinct potential and importance in the function of surface water sources, which are characterized by range of geographical and environmental characteristics and similarities determined by mountainous character of the territory. For the purposes of this paper, border area of Serbia towards Bulgaria is provisionally determined by iso-border of 25 km. On the defined area of eastern Serbia there are 11 individual territories allocated in the function of being surface water source. Key objects for the realization of the goals of rational and functional exploitation of surface water sources are accumulations. They are the link between the system of surface water sources and water supply system.

AB  - A new genus (Punctoduvalius gen. n.) and a species of trechine ground beetles (Punctoduvalius orlovacensis sp. n.) from Bosnia and Herzegovina have been described and diagnosed. Punctoduvalius gen. n. is clearly distinct from all other phenetically close genera in many important respects, such as: the presence of depigmented reduced eyes, the presence of a pigmented eye border, the presence of deep and complete frontal furrows, the presence of tiny setae on the genae, the presence of distinct longitudinal fissures on the protibias, the ratio of length/width of the first protarsal article in males, the presence of two elytral discal setae, the presence of numerous setiferous punctures in interstrial spaces, the specific position of the humeral setae, and the specific shape of the copulatory piece. This new genus comprises four species: Punctoduvalius pilifer (Ganglbauer, 1891) (endogean from Mts. Treskavica and Bjelašnica, and from a cave on Mt. Visočica, Bosnia and Herzegovina), P. protectus (Winkler, 1926) (from the Pećina kod Ostojića Cave, Mt. Treskavica, and endogean from Mt. Jahorina, Bosnia and Herzegovina), P. brevipilosus (Knirsch, 1927) (endogean from Lupoglav Peak, Mt. Prenj, Bosnia and Herzegovina), and P. orlovacensis sp. n. (from the Orlovača Cave, village of Donje Biševo, near Pale, Bosnia and Herzegovina). The four species clearly differ in many important respects. The following three taxonomic changes are proposed: Punctoduvalius pilifer (Ganglbauer, 1891), comb. n., P. protectus (Winkler, 1926), comb. n., and P. brevipilosus (Knirsch, 1927), comb. n. The new genus and its members belong to an old separate phyletic lineage, distinct from all other existing species groups. Additionally, these forms are relict and endemic to the deep soil and caves of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

AB  - The pseudoscorpion sample discovered under a stone in Dalmatia (Croatia) was studied. A new species is described herein: Chthonius (Chthonius) makirina n. sp. This taxon is considered endemic to Dalmatia and the Balkan Peninsula. Along these lines, the diagnostic characters of the analyzed species are thoroughly described and figured. Taxonomic interrelationship and geographic distribution are briefly discussed.

AB  - A new genus and species of Anthroleucosomatidae is described from Serbia. Dazbogosoma naissi n. g. n. sp. is characterized by the presence of few ocellae, apically bifurcated syncoxite, and the presence of complex lateral parts of anterior gonopods with truncated process. The new genus belongs to the Bulgarosoma complex of genera that probably deserve a suprageneric level.

AB  - Mountain border area of Serbia is characterized by high potential and significance in the function of surface waters springs. In the past period, a considerable part of these areas was proclaimed surface waters springs. For the purpose of this paper, border area of Serbia towards Macedonia is defined by iso-border of 30 km. Ten individual, whole or partial, territories of surface waters springs have been located there. In the West-East line, they are spatially grouped into three larger wholes. Four accumulations have been established in the area, three are planned for construction by 2021, while five locations have been booked for the implementation of long-term water supply goals.
AB  - Planinski pogranični prostor Srbije ima veliki potencijal i značaj u funkciji izvorišta površinskih voda. U proteklom periodu značajan deo ovih prostora je proglašen izvorištima površinskih voda. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja pogranični prostor Srbije prema Makedoniji definisan je izofrontirom od 30 km. Na njemu je locirano 10 pojedinačnih, u celini ili delimično, teritorija izvorišta površinskih voda. U pravcu istok zapad prostorno su grupisane u tri veće celine. Na ovom prostoru su formirane četiri akumulacije, tri su planirane za izgradnju do 2021. godine, a pet lokacija je rezervisano za realizaciju dugoročnih ciljeva vodosnabdevanja.

AB  - Geospatial determinate ecological safety of humanity as a permanent runner of human existence, from the earliest form of its organization. In fact, the whole history of human society is a number of sequences always present geospatial issues basis, as a factor in his condition and safety. Spatial dimension and complexity of geospatial determinants safety of humanity expansive spread, and spread their effects like a chain (domino effect) across all segments of life, generating ecological, economic and social stress. Because of its fundamental importance, they are universal and central theme of interest of science and social practice - always actual, challenging and existentially important. Positive correlation, of the modern ecological and economic crisis is not the result of coincidence, but of the essential dependence humanity from geographic space, and created contradictions between social and natural planetary subsystems.
AB  - Geoprostorne determinate ekološke bezbednosti čovečanstva su permanentna pratilja ljudske egzistencije, od najranijih formi njegove organizacije. Zapravo celokupna istorija ljudskog društva je niz sekvenci uvek prisutnog pitanja geoprostorne osnove njegove uslovljenosti i bezbednosti. Prostorna dimenzija i složenost geoprostornih determinanti bezbednosti čovečanstva ekspanzivno se šire, a njihovi efekti lančano prenose (domino efekat) kroz sve segmente života generišući ekološke, ekonomske i socijalne stresove. Zbog svog fundamentalnog značaja, oni su univerzalna i centralna tema interesovanja nauke i društvene prakse - uvek aktuelna, izazovna i egzistencijalno važna. Pozitivna korelacija, savremene ekološke i ekonomske krize nije rezultat slučajnosti već suštinske zavisnosti čovečanstva od geoprostora i stvorenih protivurečnosti između društvenih i prirodnih planetarnih podsistema.
